* assuming that the geographic target is the Montreal south shore - but certainly open to any topics that could be of use or interest to anyone anywhere
* to be at the service of any institutions or organizations of any kinds that seek to help, promote or provide service to the special needs community
* to work cooperatively with any organizations where applicable
* to be a forum where achievements, news or general information from our community can be posted
* a place where timely news items about special needs and the occasional relevant medical article can be found
